I ordered and paid over USD100.00 for a small sample cupboard roller door (approx 650mm x 360mm) for my display RV. After some weeks, I found that the sample was sent in error to another customer in Western Australia whilst my address is in Queensland . When I complained the manufacturer gave me the contact details of the WA customer and suggested that I get him to send it on to me. I tried by phone and email but no replies Manufacturer was then happy to make me another and I received it very promptly. However, it had been damaged in manufacture with drill markings on the front panel. (see attached photo). Obviously, the factory has little or no QA . The supplier then said that they would then make another to replace the damaged one and supply it with my next order. There will not be another order. My staff contact was always friendly and courteous and obliging but there is something seriously wrong with their overall administration. My display unit has to be perfect.
